Lesa Bradshaw – Managing Member Lesa is co-owner of Bradshaw LeRoux Consulting and Bradshaw LeRoux Disabled Placements. She is a Psychology Honours Graduate and a qualified Psychometrist in Independent Practice, has an HR Management Diploma, and has over 10 years of Competency Based and Psychometric assessment experience. A finalist for Business Entrepreneur of the Year by Standard Bank and Nedbank / Women in Business Association, and being disabled herself, she is recognised as a specialist in Disability Related HR Processes, Competency Based Assessment and Interviewing processes, and Integration and Change Management Processes.
Nicky LeRoux - Managing Member Nicky is the other co-owner of Bradshaw Leroux Consulting and Bradshaw LeRoux Disabled Placements. She takes on the role of Head Consultant in the provision of Competency Based Assessment services to our clients. A Psychology Honours graduate, registered Psychometrist in Independent Practice, and Counsellor, she has vast experience in managing Assessment projects on a National Level. Nicky’s extensive experience in the assessment field has equipped her with a keen awareness of outputs based assessments – a factor key in the selection of People with a Disability.
Nikki Bornman - Recruitment Manager Nikki focuses largely on our executive positions and heads up some of our Key accounts, managing clients such as Multichoice, Old Mutual, Netcare, Astrapak and Toyota. She brings her confident personality and generalist recruitment experience to her role, servicing clients holistically, from sourcing for the ideal applicants to conducting Environmental Accessibility Audits to assist them in integrating Applicants who have a disability.
Juliet Sherliker - Administrative Assistant & PA to Managing Members Juliet is the first point of contact when you phone our company. Her friendly and helpful approach plays a vital role in terms of offering administrative assistance to the team, as well as being a liaison between our candidates, clients and assessors. Juliet co-ordinates our assessments, interviews and workshops, and is responsible for receiving and processes all our CVs.
Stephen Collopy - Reruitment Adninistrator Stephen is currently working with our Recruitment Manager, Nikki Bornman, as a recruitment assistant, providing invaluable support in terms of sourcing, interview and preparing candidates for presentation to our clients. He brings with him experience within the hospitality industry and is being groomed to manage his own client portfolio. Always friendly, enthusiastic and willing to assist, Stephen is set to build excellent relationships with his clients.
