Environmental Accessibility Audits:
Our experienced consultants will do a 'walk around' of your premises with a representative from your company. Common barriers to the inclusion of People with a Disability will be identified, and a comprehensive report compiled outlining various solutions to assist you in reasonably accommodating People with a Disability. Cost effective and practical solutions are proposed which have been found to be effective in our experience.

Disability Awareness and Sensitivity Workshops
Lesa Bradshaw offers a powerful, humourous and practical workshop aimed at both sensitising others to common barriers and stereotypes relating to People with a Disability, and opening their eyes to practical methodologies to overcome these.This workshop can be presented for managers responsible for employing, integrating and managing People with a Disability, or colleagues who will be working with People with a Disability.
